booking

Visit Bookings to inquire about a new appointment.

deposits

A $30 deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Deposits are non-refundable and must be paid within 24-hours of booking to confirm your appointment. If a deposit is not paid, that appointment will be automatically canceled. A payment request will be e-mailed to you upon booking. Should a client need to cancel their appointment, deposits may be transferred with at least 48-hours notice. Transferred deposits must be used within 3 weeks of the original appointment, otherwise it will be forfeited. There are no exceptions to this policy.

payment

Accepted forms of payments include all major credit cards ($2 fee) or cash.

scheduling

When scheduling fills, please schedule every 2 to 2.5 weeks. Only a small handful of clients are able to push to 3-weeks, approved by B&B. Clients who book their fills within 2.5-3 weeks must book an Extended Fill to allow adequate time for a fill. Anything over 3-weeks will automatically be considered a full set. If you have less than 40% extensions remaining AFTER all outgrown lashes have been removed (regardless if you’re within the 2-3 week time frame), you’ll be charged a full set. Please follow Aftercare instructions for optimal retention.

refunds

All services are nonrefundable. If you experience an allergic reaction, contact your primary physician immediately. If you are unhappy with the style of your lash extensions, contact B&B within 3-days of your appointment for a complimentary adjustment.

cancellations + no shows

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48-hours notice. Cancellations made within 48-hours of appointment time will result in forfeiture of deposit. Same-day cancellations are considered no-show appointments. Clients who no-show must pay their missed appointment in full before booking again.

sick policy

Feeling under the weather? Please reschedule your appointment. Receiving services while you are sick directly exposes your esthetician and other clients to any illness you have. If you think you are getting a cold, getting sick, or are sick, please reschedule your appointment. Rescheduled appointments must be scheduled at least 7-days after your original appointment. Clients who show up to their appointment sick will be asked to reschedule.

foreign fills

Foreign fills are not guaranteed. B&B must see your lashes in person to determine if a foreign fill is possible. If B&B is able to work off the lashes you currently have on, you will be charged an extended fill fee of $30 on top of the normal fill service. If B&B is not able to work off the lashes you currently have on, your lashes will be removed free of charge and you’ll only be charged the full set rate. Please let B&B know if you have lashes on before your appointment to ensure enough time is blocked off for your appointment.
