deposits
A deposit of $50 is required to secure new client bookings. Please be advised that deposits are non-refundable and must be submitted within 24 hours of the booking to confirm your appointment. In the absence of a paid deposit, the appointment will be automatically canceled. A payment request will be emailed to you upon completion of the booking process. Should a client need to cancel their appointment, deposits may be transferred provided that at least 48 hours notice is given. Transferred deposits must be utilized within three weeks of the original appointment; otherwise, they will be forfeited. There are no exceptions to this policy.

scheduling
When scheduling appointments for lash extension touchups, it is recommended to arrange visits every 2 to 2.5 weeks. In cases where appointments must be scheduled every 2.5 to 3 weeks, clients should select the 3-week fill option to allow for adequate time for the service. Any appointment that exceeds a 3-week interval will be classified as a full set. Furthermore, if fewer than 40% of the extensions remain after the removal of all outgrown lashes, clients will incur charges equivalent to a full set, regardless of whether the appointment falls within the 2 to 3-week timeframe. Adherence to the Aftercare instructions is essential for ensuring optimal retention of the extensions.
refunds
All services rendered are non-refundable. Should you experience any allergic reaction, it is imperative that you contact your primary healthcare provider immediately. If you are dissatisfied with the appearance of your lash extensions, please reach out to B&B within three days of your appointment to arrange for a complimentary adjustment.
cancellations + no shows
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations occurring within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Additionally, cancellations made on the same day are classified as no-show appointments. Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment will be required to pay the full amount for the missed appointment before they are permitted to schedule again.
sick policy
If you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment. Availing services while experiencing illness poses a risk to your esthetician and fellow clients. Should you suspect that you are developing a cold, are currently unwell, or have been diagnosed with an illness, we encourage you to reschedule. Please note that rescheduled appointments must be arranged at least seven days after the date of your original appointment. Clients who arrive for their appointment while ill will be required to reschedule.
foreign fills
Foreign fills are not guaranteed. B&B must assess your lashes in person to determine the feasibility of a foreign fill. In the event that B&B can work with the lashes you currently have, you will be charged the standard 2-3 week fill price. Conversely, if B&B determines that it cannot proceed with the existing lashes, they will be removed at no cost to you, and you will incur the full set rate. To facilitate proper scheduling, please inform B&B if you currently have lashes before your appointment to ensure that adequate time is allocated for your service.
